Mumbai, January’17: ‘Pariha’ by Parinitha will be unveiling her refreshing collection ‘Song of the Yakshas’ at the 16th Edition of Bangalore Fashion Week on Friday 3rd February 2017.
‘Song of the Yakshas’ is inspired by the traditional theatre dance form, Yakshagana. It’s a creative expression of extravagance, drama and rhythmic movement.
Taking inspiration from this magnificent dance form, this collection is a blend of striking colour and contours, checks, exaggerated and layered elements with voluminous silhouettes. Each ensemble has a sense of drama.
‘Pariha’ by Parinitha believes in ‘Cultural Rediscovery’. Distinct yet graceful silhouettes, a mix of delicacy and an exquisite combination of fabrics in dramatic hues and strings of subtle embroidery that transcend in time, are a few elements that form the soul of this label.
